Since the 8th Century CE, "sidra natural" (natural apple cider) has enjoyed a rich history in Asturias, Spain; an area boasting the longest, continuous cider tradition anywhere in the world. Sidra maker, Martínez Sopena Hermanos, while a relative newcomer compared to much of the region, produces incredible sidra natural following in the footsteps of this 1,300 year old method.
