Nuova Mattina

An Italian interpretation of the saison style, this is brewed with chamomile, coriander, ginger, green peppercorn, and a bit of licorice. Oats, wheat malt, and rye malt are also used. 90 Points by Wine Enthusiast magazine (September 2009).
