The brewmaster Teo Museo worked with the best artisanal breweries in Europe to develop his expertise, and his Nora showcases this well. Based on an ancient Egyptian recipe, this beer uses very little hops. Instead he adds ginger, myrrh, and orange peel to give the beer its spiciness. Unmalted kamut is used as a grain.
