Rex Grue

A top-fermented beer, brewed with Sage. The nose is intense and full, with distinct herbal aromas, along with floral, pepper and sweet tobacco notes. In the mouth there are sentiments of wildflower honey and fruit notes, dried figs especially. Individual paper-wrapped bottles.
