Cuvee Angelique

The “Speciale Belge” beer style was created in 1904 for a brewing contest that was organized by the Universities of Belgium to improve the quality of Belgian Beer. Recreating this style, this beer is a red amber, almost copper in color with a caramel aroma with quite a bit of hops. The finish is very long with a lovely bitterness.
