The Fall Seasonal from the famous De Dolle brewery in the tiny village of Esen, Belgium. This brew is very dark, with a sweetness offset by licorice notes. After a year or two, it develops a desirable tart complexity due to the yeast strain used in brewing. Rich and strong!
