Oude Kriek Cuvée René

Whole cherries (including pits) ferment in aged lambic and blended with younger lambic, to taste, by the brewery. Unpasteurized, and not sweetened: cherries provide acidic tartness and sourness. Bottle-conditioned; will cellar beautifully for years.
