Jim Burns

Jim began his career in the retail sector of the grocery industry back in 1973, starting as a young delivery boy on his bicycle in the neighborhood. Through his unwavering dedication and strong work ethic, Jim steadily climbed the ranks within the store, eventually purchasing the business from the owner in 1991.

In 1996, Jim transitioned to Louis Glunz as a merchandiser, quickly advancing to a sales role. His exceptional performance led to a promotion to Warehouse Manager in 2009, where he became an invaluable asset to our Operations Manager in overseeing and executing deliveries across the eight counties of Chicagoland. In 2015, Jim assumed the role of Inventory Manager.

Outside of work, Jim enjoys watching sports and playing golf in his spare time. He is a proud father of two sons, aged 38 and 39.
