Imperial Pajamas

Imperial Pajamas is an amped up version of our Flannel Pajamas Oatmeal Stout with coffee added. We take the original recipe, double the grain used and add heaps of locally roasted coffee. What results is a 9.8% ABV Imperial Stout with intense chocolate and coffee aromas and flavors. By all accounts, Imperial Pajamas is a dessert beer, best paired with a slice of pie next to an open fire.
