BrettPeat Daydream

This beer is a blend of a rauch beer aged in used old Scotch barrels for a period of over 2 years, blended with another beer fermented in wood with Brettanomyces and a young beer brewed with some peated malt. Notes of horse blanket, citrus and spices, then we have a sort of lactic sourness surrounded by a smooth smoked end. Taste is so crisp and tart, very long lasting and complex.
