Paracelsus Zwickl was named for the 15th Century physician, Dr. Paracelsus, from Salzburg who was a forward thinker and visionary who said that beer had healing powers. This unique natural beer is not pasteurized and unfiltered, therefore leaving a slight bitterness and natural cloudiness from the yeast, minerals and trace elements.
