Pacific Coast Cider

We are 5th generation vintners with a winemaker’s approach to hard apple cider. True craft cider and premium wine both require quality fruit, so we use five fresh apple varieties sourced from the Walla Walla Valley in the Pacific Northwest: Golden Russet, Granny Smith, Gala, Fuji and Red Delicious. The result is award winning, true craft ciders that are refreshing crisp and aromatic with multi layered flavors and a clean finish. They are well balanced, food friendly and naturally gluten free.
